Q2. Can I have a sample order for LED light?
A2: Absolutely! We welcome sample orders to allow you to test and verify the quality of our LED lights. Mixed samples are also available.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A3: For samples, the lead time is within 3 days. For larger orders, it typically ranges from 1 to 2 weeks.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light orders?
A4: We have a very low MOQ. You can order as little as 1 piece for sample checking.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, and it generally takes 3-5 days for delivery. We also offer airline and sea shipping options.
Q6. What about payment?
A6: We accept Bank Transfer (TT), Paypal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance.
30% of the total amount should be paid before production, and the remaining 70% must be paid before shipping.
Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on the LED light product?
A7: Yes, it's possible to print your logo on our LED lights. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.
Q8: How do you handle faulty products?
A8: Our products undergo a strict quality control process, resulting in a defect rate of less than 0.1%. During the warranty period, we will either repair or replace defective products as necessary.
