30% of the amount should be prepaid before production, and the remaining 70% should be paid before shipping.

A7: Yes, it's fine. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.

A8: Firstly, our products are manufactured under strict quality control, ensuring a defect rate of less than 0.1%. If defects occur within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty products.
