Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, with an estimated arrival of 3-5 days. Airline and sea shipping are also options.

Q6. What about Payment?
A6: We accept Bank Transfer (TT), PayPal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance.
30% of the total amount is required before production, with the remaining 70% due before shipping.

A7: Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.
