A2: Absolutely! We welcome sample orders to test and verify quality. Mixed samples are also acceptable.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A3: Samples are prepared within 3 days; larger orders take 1-2 weeks.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light orders?
A4: We have a low MOQ. Just 1 piece for sample checking is available.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, which usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping options are also available.
Q6. What about Payment?
A6: We accept Bank Transfer (TT), Paypal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance.
30% of the amount should be paid before production, and the remaining 70% should be paid before shipping.

A7: Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.
Q8: How to deal with faulty products?
A8: Firstly, our products undergo strict quality control, resulting in a defective rate of less than 0.1%. Secondly, during the warranty period, we will repair or replace defective products.
