A3: For samples, we promise dispatch within 3 days. Bulk orders are delivered within 1-2 weeks, depending on the order size.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light orders?
A4: We offer a very low MOQ-just 1 piece for sample checking is available, making it easy for you to evaluate our products.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, with delivery times ranging from 3-5 days. Additionally, airline and sea shipping options are available.
Q6. What about Payment?
A6: We accept Bank Transfer (TT), PayPal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance for your convenience.
For production, 30% of the amount is payable upfront, with the remaining 70% due before shipping.
Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on the LED light product?
A7: Certainly! Please inform us formally before we start production, and confirm the design based on our sample.
Q8: How do you deal with faulty products?
A8: Firstly, our products are manufactured under a stringent quality control system, keeping the defect rate below 0.1%. During the warranty period, we will promptly repair or replace any defective products.
