Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

30% of the total amount is due prior to production. The remaining 70% should be settled before shipping.

A7: Yes, we can print your logo. Please provide us with the design before production, and confirm it based on our sample.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A8: Firstly, our rigorous quality control ensures a defective rate of less than 0.1%. Should any defects occur within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the faulty products.
