A3: For samples, the lead time is typically within 3 days. For larger orders, the lead time usually ranges from 1 to 2 weeks, ensuring prompt delivery.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light orders?
A4: We have an exceptionally low MOQ, allowing you to order as little as 1 piece for sample evaluation.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We usually ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, which typically takes 3-5 days for delivery. We also offer airline and sea shipping options to meet different needs.
Q6. What about payment?
A6: We accept various payment methods including Bank Transfer (TT), Paypal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance.
30% of the total amount is required before production, with the remaining 70% due before shipping.

A7: Yes, you can print your logo on our LED lights. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our samples for an impeccable finish.
