Q3. What about the lead time?
A3: For samples, expect delivery within 3 days. Larger orders are fulfilled within 1-2 weeks.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for LED light order?
A4: We offer a very low minimum order quantity-just 1 piece for sample evaluation is available.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We typically use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT for shipping, with delivery times ranging from 3-5 days. We also offer airline and sea shipping as alternatives.
Q6. What about Payment?
A6: We accept Bank Transfer (TT), PayPal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance.
30% of the total amount is required as an advance payment before production, with the remaining 70% to be paid before shipping.
Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on the LED light product?
A7: Yes, we offer logo printing services. Please notify us before production and confirm the design based on our samples.
Q8: How do you handle faulty products?
A8: Firstly, our rigorous quality control measures ensure a defect rate of less than 0.1%. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any defective products.
