A2: Absolutely! We welcome sample orders to test and verify our quality. Mixed samples are more than welcome.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A3: Sample orders are processed within 3 days, while larger orders are fulfilled within 1-2 weeks.
Q4. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?
A4: We offer a low MOQ. You can start with just 1 piece for sample checking.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A5: We typically ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, with an expected delivery time of 3-5 days. Airline and sea shipping options are also available.
Q6. What about Payment?
A6: We accept Bank Transfer (TT), PayPal, Western Union, and Trade Assurance;
30% of the amount is due before production, and the remaining 70% must be paid before shipping.
Q7. Is it OK to print my logo on led light product?
A7: Yes, it is. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design based on our sample.
Q8: How to deal with the faulty?
A8: First, our products are manufactured under a stringent quality control system, resulting in a defect rate of less than 0.1%. Second, during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace any defective products.
